Automated Wash Systems for Safe, Efficient Container Cleaning

TOTE® Wash Stations are fully automatic tote washing machines — a closed-loop system that cleans and dries both the interior and exterior of TOTE® containers and bins. As an in-house industrial tote washer, each unit replaces manual scrubbing and outsourced cleaning with programmable, repeatable results. These systems reduce manual labor, improve sanitation, and are built for compliance with industry hygiene standards. Featuring precision spray nozzles, HEPA-filtered air drying, detergent injection, and programmable control panels, each station ensures consistent wash results with minimal operator input.

Whether your operation handles food ingredients, pharmaceutical materials, or chemical compounds, TOTE® Wash Stations improve cleanliness, reduce turnaround time, and extend equipment life.
